Position Summary:
The Packer plays a key role in ensuring that all finished products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. This position is responsible for completing packing tasks, inspecting packaging for quality, and maintaining accurate documentation to support production flow. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all assigned packing tasks efficiently and accurately while following company procedures.
Inspect all boxes and packages to ensure proper packing standards and correct date coding.
Monitor overflow product to minimize waste and maximize product recovery.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
