Position Summary ​ The primary role of the Sales Manager is to lead their departments of responsibility to exceed their set targets by ensuring the proper execution of our guest engagement model, frequent one on ones, performance management and Sales Floor Leadership, while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction as measured by guest surveys.
