Job Summary We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising production shifts as assigned on a rotating basis (6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am), including process, packaging, maintenance and yard personnel. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for safety, quality and productivity through direct leadership and coordination of production. Essential Duties Drive productivity and foster continuous improvement through sound management practices including communication of goals, training of operators, and operation of machines within established process specifications, and identification and resolution of production related issues. Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for working with and managing the Maintenance Department, preventive maintenance, machine modifications and general ground maintenance, as well as reviewing information and making strategic decisions to improve machine uptime, and reduce expenses, downtime and overtime. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
