ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   1.    Oversees the operation of cooling towers, blowers, chillers, Cogen system, boilers, and other plant equipment. Ensures guest comfort through operation of the building automation systems to maintain building climate controls.
