Overview: The People Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this individual will lead key initiatives in HR systems management, data integrity, employee engagement, and compliance. With a strong foundation in HR operations and technology, the HR Generalist will manage HRIS processes, ensure data accuracy, support leave and benefits administration, and help interpret and apply HR policies.
