ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develops, analyzes, and maintains departmental annual budgets across multiple cost centers; compiles and analyzes financial data and trends, prepares budget estimates with justification, provides relevant recommendations, and ensures timely submission of required documentation in alignment with department standards. 2. Monitors expenditures by tracking capital projects, vendor invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and verifying payment accuracy using financial accounting systems; reviews and verifies invoices for accuracy against budget, purchase orders, and/or contracts and agreements; Prepares and analyzes monthly expenditure and staffing reports for departmental management. 3.
