Special Events CCT RN: San Diego, CA We are seeking compassionate and professional Registered Nurses looking for a new opportunity of delivering patient care. Special event nursing requires “outside of the box” thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Join our AMR team of dedicated, patient-focused professionals. While providing the highest quality care, the Special Event Nurse performs basic and advanced life support at special events that include but are not limited to sporting events, marathons, races, and concerts. Care includes over the counter medication administration, basic and advanced life support, and/or triage. POSITION SUMMARY: The Special Event Nurse provides direct patient care to the ill and injured, sometimes collaboratively with a Paramedic, EMT, or Physician partner during the special event and operates within the scope of a California Registered Nurse with an expanded scope as approved by AMR Medical Direction.
