ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.  Leads the lighting operations for the theater. Ensure standards and procedures are adhered to and communicate any concerns to department management. 2.  Tests and resolve equipment issues. Performs the load-in of band equipment and rental equipment. Set up breakdown band and event equipment in the direction of the Production management team. 3.  Oversee and operates lighting control boards and programming. Focuses lighting and makes adjustments to artist and tour specifications. 4.  Create and distribute lighting plot plans. Ensure event lighting needs are scheduled and met. 5.  Performs all necessary maintenance and repairs of all equipment and expedites issues as necessary to appropriate service vendors.  Develop preventative maintenance programs and procedures. 6.  Assists with production throughout the event as needed.
