Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards Other projects or duties as assigned
