At NorthBay Health, the Laboratory Supervisor is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist with demonstrated expertise and supervisory experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory. This is a working supervisory role that includes twenty percent bench work and is responsible for the technical and direct supervision of all laboratory personnel, quality control and patient results, as well as maintenance of policies and procedures.
