JOB INFORMATION PandA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the City’s Enterprise GIS program, overseeing Citywide geospatial systems, authoritative data stewardship, GIS integrations, and spatial analytics initiatives that improve services and support operational decision-making. The Program Manager reports to the Deputy Director and manages a multidisciplinary team of GIS analysts, data stewards, and project coordinators.
