Road Supervisor - Paratransit Transdev in San Rafael, CA is hiring a road supervisor for our Marin Access paratransit services contract. We are seeking a customer service-oriented professional who is dedicated to safety. The road supervisors work closely with the Operations Manager and Safety Manager and other managers to foster a work environment of safety and quality customer service. The road supervisor provides support and leadership to the drivers; monitors and addressees driver performance in the areas of safety and service quality, including on-time performance, through constructive mentoring, coaching and recommending progressive discipline as needed.
