Work site: Guin Foss Managing 1-3 locations, the Site Supervisor position is responsible for all programmatic, financial/business, and staffing aspects of Catalyst Family Inc. licensed child care centers and supports the agency’s program goals. The position provides oversight of the planning, implementation, assessment, reflection, and program requirements for children ranging in age from infant/toddlers, pre-school, and school age, depending on the site. Site Supervisors are occasionally in ratio and are also a classroom/program leader that must be able to coach, mentor and provide observation and feedback to teaching staff that results in the implementation of quality programming. This position serves as Catalyst ELO-P's liaison with our district partner, educators, parents, and school administration. The Expanded Learning Manager will oversee all Site Coordinators within their contract and directly report to the Director of Expanded Learning.
