ABOUT THE POSITION Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader to serve as Chief of Staff for the County of Riverside’s Fifth District. The Chief of Staff serves as the Supervisor’s top advisor and plays a central leadership role in shaping and advancing district priorities. This position is responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day strategic and operational functions of the Supervisor’s office, including oversight of staff located across multiple Fifth District sites. The Chief of Staff reports to the Supervisor on personnel, budget, and operational matters, ensuring the office operates with efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness.
