Job Description Section Manager II – Facilities Maintenance Under general direction, the Section Manager II assists in planning, organizing and implementing the maintenance of all OCTA-owned facilities, equipment, and fuel systems. This leadership role ensures daily safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations by managing maintenance teams and ensuring contractor compliance, implementing performance-based programs, and supporting budget and contract administration. The position provides direct oversight to Facilities Maintenance Supervisors and plays a key role in maintaining OCTA’s infrastructure in a state of good repair.
