Position Summary:
Under general direction from the Facilities Supervisor, responsible for performing general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair to commercial HVAC equipment and commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration and equipment. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedules and performs monthly preventive maintenance inspections on all HVAC commercial and commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
Inspects, repairs and maintains all casino RTU’S, VAV, Chillers, Humidifiers, fan coils, pumps, reach in and walk in coolers and freezers, ice machines, under counter freezers, deli and drink stations at the casino..
Forecast and prepares for equipment downtime and takes appropriate actions to ensure guest and employees comfort....
