ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Supports the development revisions, and implementation of policies, procedures, internal controls, and promotions processes to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and prevent illegal activities. Reviews and approves on average 150 processes and promotions that align with regulatory requirements and best practices. 2.    Performs risk assessments, root cause analyses, and process evaluations to identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions. 3.    In collaboration with the Sr. Compliance Analyst and the Sr. Marketing Compliance Analyst, reviews, approves or rejects marketing initiatives, promotions, and rules to ensure fairness, proper controls, and mitigation of fraud and reputational risk. 4.    Performs research, analytical assessments, and regulatory interpretation to ensure marketing programs, promotional activities, and gaming operations comply with applicable laws and policies. 5.    Interprets regulatory requirements and...
