ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Cleans trash/debris from around the Casino, in the Parking Structures, street, easements, and parking areas. Conducts general housekeeping duties. 2. Operates equipment such as auto scrubbers, bonnets, scissor lift forklifts etc. Pressure washes driveways, walkways, columns, etc. 3. Paints exterior areas as needed. General Housekeeping in the Parking Structures and Facility perimeter. Removes and replaces trash liners. Washes trash receptacles. Cleans and replaces sand in ashtrays. 4. Cleans any emergency accidents/spills such as transmission fluid, engine oil, fuel, etc. Keeps all chemicals in assigned areas with proper Safety Data Sheet (SDS) labeling. 5. Assists in promoting brand loyalty by engaging in exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers. 6.
