POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision the Floor/Utility Technician is responsible for the cleaning and restoring of tile, carpet and other flooring surfaces. Employees in this job class perform stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, carpet cleaning and other restorative tasks for assigned areas.
