Overview The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) program, which provides shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support to surface ships throughout the Pacific Fleet. Working closely with the Program Manager, the DPM supports the daily execution of the contract and acts on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence. The DPM oversees the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and Organic Repair Capability Assessment ( ORCA ) ship visits while helping ensure personnel and resources are effectively managed to meet contract requirements across multiple geographic locations.
