ABOUT THE POSITION The Human Resources (HR) Department is seeking multiple experienced Human Resources Investigator I/II/III (Human Resources Analyst I/II/III) professionals to conduct complex, confidential investigations into alleged violations of County policies, workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employee relations concerns. These positions are responsible for providing objective fact-finding, analyzing evidence, preparing investigative reports, and advising HR leadership on findings that support fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices. HR Investigators will serve as subject matter experts in all areas of Employee Relations.
