Job Summary We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating, tracking and reporting various logistic activities including inter-unit transfer orders (IUTs), Return Materials Authorization (RMAs), cycle counts, demurrage tracking and other key processes as assigned by the Logistics Manager. The Logistics Coordinator is a key liaison between the Plant, Sales, Supply Planning, Transportation and Customer Care. Essential Duties
Assure that all shipments are dispatched in an accurate and timely basis to meet site service metrics, shipping/warehouse budget compliance, transportation lane compliance, truck/rail weight targets and service reliability
Work with the Fleet Group Leader to plan and manage in a cost-effective manner the use of the fleet.
Work effectively as a team member within the Logistics Department.
Actively run reports to help track and monitor shipping/warehouse operations.
