ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Workday System Administration & Support Administers, maintains, and supports the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring optimal system performance, data integrity, security, and compliance. Manages and prioritizes multiple system requests, enhancements, and user inquiries while maintaining high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service. Participates in the testing, validation, and deployment of Workday business process changes, system enhancements, and biannual Workday releases. Monitors and maintains data integrity across Workday modules; identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and processing issues.
