ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Leads and manages all maintenance fields and trades within the Facilities Department. (i.e., HVAC, Electrical, Building Maintenance, etc.). Maintains an active role in the planning and coordinating of projects and tasks assigned to the team, to include assigning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring. 2.    Monitors, responds, and reports any critical systems operation alarms and/or alerts (i.e., fire, power, central plant failures, etc.). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Completes electronic and mechanical repairs; responds to floor calls and completes multi-function kiosk customer claims.  Rebuilds, repairs and replaces multi-function kiosk hardware and software components.  Performs repairs of all electrical and mechanical components of required equipment.  Responsible for software updates and makes adjustments to internal settings on multi-function kiosks.  2. Responsible for reading and generating reports pertaining to Gaming Commission regulations.  Ensures internal controls are adhered to on multi-function kiosks and follows notification protocol to access ports and software.
