Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for inventory accuracy, product availability, and coordination between production, sales, warehouse, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports customer fulfillment, and maintains efficient supply chain operations through strong analytical and systems expertise.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Manage inventory transactions and reconciliation using SAP.
Review and adjust Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure receiving accurately matches inbound shipments.
Process warehouse breakage write-offs and enter rework cases into the system.
Perform daily inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate and complete full inventory counts during four-week period-end inventory reconciliations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity across all warehouse locations.
