ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Learns and understands the fundamentals of the Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensures all sales transactions are processed accurately to maintain proper operation of the department. Processes transactions accurately, ensuring all guests pay for their food and beverages and receive the correct change. Adheres to all cash handling procedures, including tip policies and practices, as established by the department. 2. Maneuvers the beverage cart throughout the entirety of the assigned section or specific location, assigned sections may encompass Casino first and second floors and the pool deck. Provides excellent service to guests with a welcoming manner and responsive demeanor. 3. Selects requested items from the serving or storage area and assembles them on trays for the guest.
