Marin Country Club is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead the agronomic program and oversee the daily condition, presentation, and playability of the golf course. This role serves as the agronomic voice of the property, with responsibility for maintaining firm, healthy playing surfaces and consistent course conditions in a high-expectation private club environment. The position reports directly to the General Manager and is part of the club's senior management team. The Superintendent also serves as the primary agronomic liaison to club leadership and member committees, communicating course strategy, capital needs, seasonal realities, and standards with clarity and credibility.
