Wilshire Country Club recently underwent a Restoration Project and opened in February 2026. We are looking to add valuable staff members to our Outside Services Team.  The member services staff works closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals on the outside golf operations to assure an exceptional experience for members and their guest around the club. Primary responsibility falls on service to members, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing. The employee must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. The Outside Services Attendant provides outstanding customer service to members and guests while supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. The role ensures golf carts are clean, functional, staged, and ready for use, and provides golf-related services to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for golfers. Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering golf course etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars. Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member and guest experience.
