Summary The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor manages the day-to-day Maintenance Operations including all fleet repairs, diagnostics, fleet supply, inventories, time and attendance of maintenance staff, record keeping, providing effective communication, positive reinforcement, proper guidance, and effective mentoring to maintenance staff.
