Job Summary: Under direct supervision, cleans and maintains an assigned area, and performs a variety of environmental services duties in and around the medical center in order to maintain a neat, orderly, sanitary, and safe environment. Essential Responsibilities: Operates and utilizes equipment needed to include cleaner, wet mop unit, dust pay, dust mop, back vacuum, automatic floor scrubber, shampoo machine, high speed buffer, carpet extractor, wet/dry vacuum, floor buffer, wall washer and utility cart. Operates and utilizes sanipac, compactor and bailer. Utilizing standard cleaning products, cleans patient areas to include restrooms, discharge beds, woodwork, horizontal surfaces, TVs cabinets, furniture, glass, walls, floors, all affixed items, replenish dispensers, remove soiled linen and trash. Job Description The Material Handler/Shipping Clerk/Receiving Clerk/Clamp Driver is responsible for the following items: Loading of outgoing freight, PSC trucks and outside carriers Properly prepare the necessary documents for shipping Maintaining the warehouse by the guidelines in the Procedure Manual Servicing the material requirements of the facilities machine operations Work ahead of each machine's demand so that stock is always available Pallet supply and miscellaneous factory supplies Skills, Education, & Experience would include: High school diploma or GED required.  Current forklift license Current California drivers license Data entry experience 2 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory control using computer software systems and cycle audits Ability to work productively on your own, without the need for close supervision Ability to work with deadlines Be accurate in all reporting requirements...
