Leasing Inside Sales Representative is an integral member of the Sales Team, functioning as the primary point of contact for prospective residents. This position is accountable for lead management, securing tour appointments, presenting community features to prospects to maximize leasing results, and providing exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and colleagues. The role is also responsible for all administrative duties related to the sales function in the customer relationship management (CRM) software. Please note that Leasing Consultant is the internal title of this role.
You will have the opportunity to earn a hourly base of $23.50 per hour + about $100 per move-in lease while engaging with a high volume of inbound sales leads .
