The Tactical Response Team quickly deploys to service centers, End of Line, factory operations, and various locations to handle large backlogs, help with high spikes in workloads, support repair and process improvements, and handle out of standard work in any department at Tesla. The Tactical Response Technician is a self-starter and motivated individual. We are looking for individuals who excel with a wide variety of technical, process and people development skills.
