ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Is responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service to all patrons. Ensures all aspects of the F&B guest experience, department programs, and policies are followed. Serves as an extension to leadership, assists management and team as needed to ensure Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards and successful daily operations.   2.    Is responsible for addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally prior to getting a manager involved.
