Under the direction of the Assistant Manager Hotel’s Housekeeping, the Office Coordinator Housekeeping acts as a liaison between Housekeeping and various departments including but not limited to Front Desk, Facilities, and Security. Responsible for providing administrative office support and clerical coverage to ensure housekeeping operations are efficient and aligned with Forbes standards and enterprise policies and procedures. Cleans, dusts, sanitizes, collects garbage and replenishes all collaterals, supplies, amenities and coffee pods and condiments. Respects all guest request and preferences, while adhering with the enterprise’s policies and applicable laws. Possesses the ability to find solutions to guest complaints and offer assistance to resolve problems. Reports maintenance issues to the Office Coordinator or the Supervisor.
