Job Description Executive Assistant I - Rail Operations Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant I performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and technical duties in support of a Director-level position. This role manages critical administrative functions, coordinates complex activities, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations by addressing matters that do not require the direct attention of executive leadership. This is a non-exempt position in salary grade 160: Min $31.39 – Mid $37.29 – Max $43.18/hour. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
