POSITION SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the Building/Stationary Engineer performs the following skilled and technical duties; installing, maintaining, replacing, repairing, operating, or assisting in operating all heating and ventilation equipment, engines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air compressors, ice and refrigerating machines, air conditioning units, fans, siphons, also automatic and power-oiling pumps and engines.
