What You Will Be Doing The Industrial Engineering Manager will lead a team of industrial engineering professionals supporting the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Bravo Portfolio. This position is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to drive operational performance across cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity. The selected candidate will oversee industrial engineering activities including workforce planning, labor forecasting, capacity analysis, production planning, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, resource utilization, and overall program performance.
