ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Completes tasks as assigned including but are not limited to: installing office fixtures, assembling furniture, door and mortise lock repair, drop ceiling repair, general wall repairs such as painting and drywall installation. Installs wall paneling and chair rails. and general maintenance. 2. Performs and completes all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance including, copper/drain lines, fixtures and hardware, caulking, floor drains, toilet drains, urinal drains, angle stops and shutoff valves. 3. Repairs and installs all types of flooring including ceramic, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), epoxy, hardwood flooring, carpet and cove base. 4. Performs general repairs, service, preventative maintenance to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, and all other guest and facilities work requests. 5.
