Overview:
Valley Water is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst III to lead the deployment, administration, and long-term governance of the District’s new Enterprise Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This system represents the capstone of Valley Water’s Digital Transformation Strategy and will serve as the authoritative, enterprise-wide repository for all past, present, and future District documents and records.
This journey-level position plays a foundational role in establishing sustainable information governance practices across the organization. The selected candidate will lead complex system implementation efforts, oversee automated and AI-enabled data classification processes, coordinate secure access controls, administer retention schedules, and design defensible document destruction workflows in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
