ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.  Executes technical department directives, objectives and communications to Slot Technical Supervisors and Technical team. 2.  Develops and leads functional teams and sub-teams to implement and deliver desired project results. Hires, motivates and mentors staff to ensure commitment to excellence and quality service to all entities of the organization. 3.  Collects and organizes data regularly to track all necessary goal milestones, project dependencies and overall organizational efficiencies.  Reports on progress of projects, directives, objectives and training initiatives.
