Through demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and competence, the Clinical Educator facilitates learning, educational experiences, and educational activities for personnel through direct and indirect methods. They participate in the onboarding and orientation of staff, competency management, continuing education programs, and building collaborative relationships.
