Under the direction of the Manager, Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Training Specialist (CX Training Experience Specialist) is responsible for high-level training and coaching of Yaamava’ Service Standards in an effort to elevate service to a best-in-class experience for team members and guests. Creates, implements, facilitates, revises, and continuously develops our Service Excellence program, Leadership Immersion Training program, and any other service-related training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assists in the development and production of culturally relevant linguistic and curricular materials and the Serrano fluency transfer system (FTS) for use in all learning settings. 2. Assists with research, preparation, and delivery of comprehensive plans for the Language Revitalization Program in alignment with the 2040 Vision.   3. Assists in the archival work of Serrano language recordings for use in teaching materials for Serrano language program intended for children and adult tribal citizens.   4. Assists with the recording, editing, processing, and maintaining Serrano Language audio and audio-based projects.  Assist with organizing and attending Serrano community audio events. 5. Creates and disseminates reports on issues relating to American Indian language retention and revitalization discussed at attended academic conferences. 6. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.  Plans, teaches, and reflects on Serrano language immersion classes for Tribal citizens and school staff in the FTS program.   2.  Implements and enhances lesson plans (lesson preparation) and relevant instructional materials (such as realia, multimedia, etc.) across various learning platforms to provide appropriate immersion lessons for individualized language instruction and afterschool programming. 3.  Maintains a consistent and systematic study of Serrano to gain fluency. 4.  Plans and attends, and prepares activities for cultural and language events, such as California Native American Day, Waa’t, Summer Academy; Spring and Fall celebrations. 5.  Individually and as part of collaborative work, creates presentations and presents during meetings, conferences, or other events. 6.  Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
