Description Directs the overall operation of the Engineering Department and/or Capital Projects to ensure projects are conducted on schedule and within budget. This role provides strategic oversight of construction activities, contract execution, risk mitigation, and field coordination for major transit and mobility improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with agency goals.
