ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Provides professional and courteous service to each and every guest while always maintaining a sense of urgency. Exceeds guest expectations through positive interactive skills. Greets all arriving and guests in a timely, professional, friendly, and efficient manner while opening doors, and providing information and directions as needed. 2.    Handles all accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists guests in all inquiries in connection with resort and casino services, hours of operations, key resort and casino personnel, and in-house events. 3.    Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to established safety protocols in accordance to all state laws.
