The NTS Designer participates in the coordination and design of installation drawings and construction documents for a wide variety of low voltage systems and project types. The ideal designer should be self-driven, resourceful and detail oriented to manage a high level of quality and service. Organizational skills and critical thinking are necessary traits for this position. • Produces 2D and 3D low voltage system designs for field installation and coordination with other sub-contractor trades. • Participates in regular coordination and status update meetings with various trade team members utilizing both virtual platforms and in person meetings. • Prepares low voltage calculations, mounting details, and detailed wiring diagrams to support field installation documentation. • Reads architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, elevation, and reflective ceiling plan drawings to ensure design accuracy. • Coordinates daily with NTS Design Manager and NTS...
