Design Manager with a mechanical background for manufacturing infrastructure in Lathrop. You will manage the full design lifecycle of assigned projects, concept through IFC, including consultant/EOR management, design packages, permitting, and coordination across disciplines and stakeholders (manufacturing, construction, EHS, and other engineering teams). A mechanical background is required (HVAC, hydronics / CHW-PCW-CDA, process piping, mechanical yards, AHUs, and equipment utilities); you will still own the overall project design, not mechanical scope alone. You will own small-to-medium projects end-to-end, including cost, schedule, and deliverables. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive multi-disciplinary work under tight timelines.
