Passing a visual acuity exam is required prior to start day. Job Summary Under general supervision, performs assembly and solder operations according to manufacturing specifications and process instructions. Maintains accurate work in progress paperwork. Primary Responsibilities
Using assembly instructions/drawings/process specifications and various small hand tools, builds various electromechanical assemblies to meet specifications.
Build wire harness using wire list and schematic.
Using solder seal, vapor phase solder and touch-up irons, solders assemblies in accordance with process instructions.
Visually inspects assemblies to ensure compliance to specifications.
