Position Summary Provide Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) with engineering, design, and review tasks within the NIWC Pacific area of responsibility.    Responsibilities Participate in functional testing, commissioning and re-commissioning of equipment of HVAC equipment to close out construction projects, troubleshooting existing HVAC equipment, overseeing maintenance operations, reviewing HVAC equipment submittals, and assisting construction managers and engineers during the design, solicitation, and construction administrative phases of projects.   Conduct site visits, perform project evaluations, document existing conditions, and propose cost effective solutions to existing HVAC problems.
