Job Summary The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aggregate plant, ensuring efficient production, and compliance with environmental regulations. The Plant Supervisor assists the Plant Manager in the management of mine development through stripping & reclamation operations to achieve optimum utilization at the lowest operating cost. This position is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing the company’s safety policies and procedures, MSHA/OSHA and other regulations. Job Summary This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and scheduling trucking for delivery of rock and sand, asphalt and/or ready mix concrete products. Individual will assure the correct products and quantities are delivered in a timely manner, maintain records of daily production orders, respond to customer questions and concerns by phone and in person to maintain good customer relations, weighs trucks to insure that the material is correct and the right weight, computes accounts receivable to insure accuracy of cash sales and receipts. Completes cash reconciliation, product sales and other reports daily. May be responsible for petty cash and banking deposits.
