Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is responsible for developing patient safety programs and initiatives by developing and monitoring the procedures for reporting safety hazards, accidents, incidents, threats, significant events, in line with best practices; and developing and revising patient strategies based on patient outcomes and leads improvement activities for patient care and operational programs which aim to improve outcomes.
